• For donation requests less than $500, please send a description of the donation and information about your organization.
• For donation requests larger than $500, a grant application must be completed.

If you'd like to request a grant from the Malark Foundation, please keep in mind the following guidelines:

1. All applicants must fill out the Malark Foundation Grant Application.                      Other requests will be denied.
2. All applicants must be Section 501(c)(3) organizations.
3. All applicants must be able to provide financial data for both their organization, as well as project specific information.
4. If chosen, applicants must be able to provide a final report on the use of funds. All approved grants are subject to monitoring and/or audits.
